Dedicated to meeting our patients' expectations at USC University Hospital and USC/Norris Cancer Hospital, an informational video is now being shown within patient rooms on behalf of Administration and Support Services. Designed to inform patients of the services and amenities available to them for the duration of their stay at USCUH and Norris, this video begins with a welcome message from Stephen Tullman, President and CEO of USC University Hospital and also features six departmental directors, all of whom share a common goal - striving to make our patients' visits as pleasant as possible. By providing this instructional overview covering topics ranging from patient operating equipment and room service to security and patient/guest relations, it is hoped patients who choose USC University Hospital and USC/Norris Cancer Hospital will enjoy a more comfortable stay where staff and employees are focused on meeting, if not exceeding, patient healthcare needs.
