Located in the Main Lobby, our Concierge Desk is staffed by professionals who are available to serve patients, their families and the hospital staff. In addition to providing information about the hospital, our Concierge can offer you access to a variety of services to help make the stay of patients and their families as comfortable as possible.
Below is a list of services that the Concierge can coordinate on behalf of a patient or a patient's family.

We have compiled a list of hotels to meet the diverse needs of our patients and a wide range of budgets. All hotels have been visited by the Concierge and offer clean and friendly service. However, please keep in mind that the budget hotels may not meet the needs of all guests. To obtain our special rates at these hotels, please contact the USC University Hospital Concierge at usc-concierge@tenethealth.com for assistance in making your reservation.
