Opened in May 1991, USC University Hospital, a specialized 269 bed private practice teaching hospital and research facility, was founded between the USC School of Medicine and Tenet Healthcare. Tenet, one of the largest health care providers in the nation, owns and operates this facility which is staffed by faculty members from the USC Keck School of Medicine of the University of Southern California.
Offering resources for patient care, medical research and training of physicians, nurses and other healthcare professionals, USC University Hospital is a blend of highly skilled, talented and diverse professionals teamed in a collaborative healthcare setting.
