An opportunity is now available for New RN Grads to participate in an exciting training program at one of Southern California's premier medical teaching and research hospitals.  USC University Hospital is a nationally acclaimed 269-bed medical teaching and research center.  It is committed to the total patient care process and Nursing Case Managers are available on each unit to coordinate the multidisciplinary team as they plan and implement the patient's pathway to recovery.  Shared Governance also allows each nurse the opportunity to take and active role in the decision-making process.

Start your career at the top with our formal New Grad Program, which has been designed to ease the transition from student to practicing professional.  The focus will be on enhancing critical thinking and clinical skills, in conjunction with orientation to an assigned unit.  It includes both didactic and bedside experience and is supported by an active Preceptorship program.

In addition for a two-year commitment, we offer:

  • Insurance benefits starting on the 31st day of employment
  • Self-scheduling
  • Online NCLEX review
  • Tuition Reimbursement
  • $250 In-House registry bonus
  • Stock options
  • 401(k)
